Refund Policy

• Unused credits — 14 days. Within 14 days of purchase you can get a refund for the credits of a package you have not used yet. Write to [email protected].
• Failed video. If a video fails on our side, the credit returns to your balance automatically.
• Defective video. If a ready video has a defect (the product looks different, the voice or captions are wrong, the AI label is missing), tell us within 14 days. We fix it or return the credit.
• Not a defect: a result you simply do not like, or wrong facts in your own product data.
• Bonus and promo credits are not refundable.
• Money returns to the card or account you paid from, usually within 5–10 business days.
