Likeness Consent

When you create an AI presenter from a photo of a real person, Babooma generates new images and videos that look like that person and speak with a synthetic voice. Before you upload such a photo you confirm:

  1. The photo shows you, or you have the person's written consent to create an AI presenter based on their appearance and voice and to publish videos with it for your business.
  2. The person is at least 18 and is not a public figure (celebrity, politician, influencer known to the public).
  3. You will show this consent to us if we ask, for example after a complaint.
  4. You understand that videos will carry a visible "AI presenter" label and machine-readable AI metadata.

Withdrawal. The person can withdraw consent at any time by writing to you or to [email protected]. We will then delete the presenter and stop generating new videos with it within 2 business days. You are responsible for removing videos you have already published.

We use the photo only to generate the presenter for your workspace. We do not use it to identify the person, do not share it with other customers and do not use it to train AI models. You can delete the presenter and its photos at any time; see the Privacy Policy.
