1. Who is responsible

Customers paying in Ukrainian hryvnia: ФОП Омельченко Денис Петрович (tax number 3224021452), Ukraine.
Everyone else: Dowell LLC, Florida, USA.

2. What we collect and why

Account: name, email — to sign you in and send service emails (including a few onboarding tips and credit reminders).
Your content: product data, photos, logos, photos of people for presenters (only with consent, see Likeness Consent) — to make your videos.
Results: videos, scripts, captions — your library.
Payments: amount, package, status — billing and tax records. We never receive card numbers.
Connected social accounts: an access token — to publish only what you choose.
Technical data: IP address, browser, logs — security, fraud prevention, fixing errors.

Legal bases: the contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests (security, improving the Service, service emails) and your consent (presenter from a photo of a person). You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell data, do not show third-party ads, do not use your photos or videos to train AI models and do not use photos of people to identify anyone.

4. Who helps us

We use carefully selected service providers: hosting and storage (in the EU), content delivery, AI processing for generating videos, payment processing. They act only on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Some of them are outside the EU and Ukraine; such transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. The current list is available on request.

5. How long we keep data

Account, videos and uploads: while the account is active; after the last payment — up to 12 months so you can still download your videos. You can delete them earlier.
Intermediate files: 30 days. Logs: 90 days.
Payment records: as tax law requires.
A deleted account is removed within 30 days, backups within a further 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing. Delete your account in the app or write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Security, children, changes

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the people who run the Service. The Service is for people 18 and older; photos of children are not accepted. We announce material changes by email 30 days in advance.
